Complying with all relevant legal, industry, national and/or international standards, regulations and client requirements which are within the capability of the company.
Establishing performance standards, business objectives and resourcing provisions which are monitored and reviewed on an on-going basis.
Ensuring that our specialised workforce is familiar with, actively involved and able to implement and adhere to the quality system requirements.
Improving services and processes by utilising innovative and efficient technologies and eliminating unreliability or the opportunity for failure.
Measuring performance and using the results as a basis for the continual development and improvement of our workplaces, personnel, processes and client satisfaction.
